RFPQ-LLB: Groups K&L for Certain District Projects, Preconstruction & Construction Services

Description: San Diego Unified School District is seeking contractors to participate in a three-step qualification process for construction projects using the Lease-Leaseback delivery method. The solicitation will establish Group K and Group L pools for projects valued at or below $32,000,000 and at or above $32,000,001, respectively, with an initial two-year qualification term and two optional one-year extensions. Respondents must hold a valid Class B contractor license, maintain California Department of Industrial Relations registration, operate a full-service office within 75 miles of the District’s central office, and meet the District’s supplemental Lease-Leaseback prequalification requirements.
