Key requirements: Tennessee security licensing (must be obtained within six months of award), provision of specified staff (off‑duty police, guards, supervisors, ushers, metal‑detector operators, parking attendants/cashiers, traffic/dock control), minimum roster levels (if bidding both: 200 combined event staff and 30 police; Event Security-only: 170 staff and 30 police; Parking-only: 30 attendants and 15 police), radios/equipment (50 radios for security, 10 for parking plus metal detectors/repeaters), training, uniforms, background and drug screening, and reporting. Contract is for a three‑year term with one two‑year extension option; proposals must include hourly rates by position (cost form) and demonstrate capacity, insurance, and quality assurance.
