The City of Cleveland, through its Department of Port Control, seeks qualified firms to provide comprehensive wayfinding and signage services for Cleveland Hopkins International Airport, Burke Lakefront Airport, and the North Coast Harbor. The scope includes assessing existing systems, developing a unified wayfinding strategy and design standards, and supporting phased implementation across landside and airside environments. The selected firm will provide staff augmentation and report to the Assistant Director of Marketing Communications and Guest Experience.
