Description: This Request for Proposal (RFP) is being issued by Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC) to solicit proposals from qualified proponents for the provision of Property and Tenant Management Services for selected multi-unit rental properties in Southern Ontario. The successful proponent will be responsible for the day-to-day operation, maintenance, and tenant management of CMHC-owned residential rental properties for a term of three (3) years beginning December 1, 2026 through November 30, 2029, with an option to extend. Proposals must be submitted through MERX in accordance with the requirements set out in the RFP documents.
