RFP-VV03-26 - Dental Clinic Services

Description: The County of Orange, New York is seeking proposals for dental clinic services at the Valley View Center for Nursing Care and Rehabilitation, a 360-bed Medicare- and Medicaid-certified skilled nursing facility. Services include oral examinations, screenings, cleanings, scaling, oral hygiene instruction, fillings, denture fabrication and repair, crowns, and simple extractions, with on-site services required at least weekly and emergency care available as needed. The contract is expected to begin on or about April 1, 2027, for an initial one-year term with up to four one-year extensions, and requires appropriately licensed and experienced dental personnel, equipment and supplies, and specified insurance coverage.
