RFP/Q Waterfront Property Management Services

Description: The City of Redondo Beach is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide full-service management of its waterfront commercial property portfolio. Services include day-to-day operations, lease administration, financial reporting, tenant relations, vendor and maintenance coordination, environmental compliance, and long-term asset stewardship under an initial three-year agreement with an extension option. An optional pre-proposal site walk is scheduled for September 28, 2026, and proposals are due October 21, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time.
