Description: To support successful planning and execution of the Martinsville Speedway's 2027 season, Martinsville Speedway, Henry County, and partnering organizations invites proposals from qualified individuals, firms, consultants, or teams to provide outside professional assistance for one or both of the following roles: (1) Crew Chief (Project Manager) and (2) Track Manager (Event Consultant). These roles are important for coordinating race weekends celebrating the 80th anniversary of Martinsville Speedway and the 250th anniversary of Henry County. Proposers may submit for one role or both roles, but must clearly distinguish staffing, scope, deliverables, and pricing for each role proposed. Opportunity will be open until filled, with proposal review beginning November 12, 2026. Late submissions may not be considered. Please submit proposals digitally to info@mhcchamber.com
