RFP Potholing Services for SCADA Upgrade Project at WWRF

Description: Western Municipal Water District is requesting proposals for potholing services to verify the feasibility of underground conduit duct banks needed for the upcoming SCADA & Communications System Upgrade Project at the Western Water Recycling Facility (WWRF). The project will support installation of new fiber-optic wiring through the facility’s existing spare conduit network and requires potholing to identify possible utility conflicts. The stated potholing method is drilling and slot trenching at the proposed locations shown in Attachment A (Potholing Plan).
