Description: The City of Grand Island Utilities Department is seeking qualified engineering firms to evaluate, design, and support implementation of a PFAS removal system for the City's drinking water supply. The scope includes treatment alternatives evaluation, pilot testing, preliminary engineering, final design, permitting, bidding support, and optional construction-phase services, along with related storage, pumping, piping, electrical, controls, and site improvements.
