RFP On-Call External Investigative Services

Description: Santa Clara Valley Water District seeks qualified consultants to provide impartial, objective, on-call investigations concerning ethics, equal opportunity, workplace conduct, and alleged violations of applicable laws, policies, rules, or procedures. Work may include fact-finding, policy-compliance assessments, reports, mediation when appropriate, and support for hearings, depositions, or trial.
