Design-Build: Design and construction of a trail at park. Design and construct an approx. 1,600 FT long, 6' wide asphalt trail in Park. The asphalt used shall be a minimum of three inch thick hot mix asphalt designed for non-vehicular use. The trail shall have a cross slope of 2% to provide for proper drainage. Design and construct two asphalt parking lots approx. 30' x 120' in size. Purchase and install ten waste receptacles, seven metal benches, and seven metal bollards. Install outdoor exercise equipment around the trail; equipment purchased separately by the county.
