RFP No. 25272011 Lake Hood Seaplane Base (LHD) – East Strip Utilities and Development Study

Description: Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport, under the State of Alaska Department of Transportation and Public Facilities, is seeking professional services for an East Strip Utilities and Development Study at the Lake Hood Seaplane Base (LHD). The consultant will evaluate development alternatives, identify supporting infrastructure, prepare planning-level cost estimates, coordinate with utility providers and regulatory agencies, and advance the preferred alternative to approximately a 35 percent design level. The agreement is expected to run approximately December 2026 to December 2027, with professional-services costs expected to exceed $1,000,000 and proposals due October 6, 2026, before 4:00 p.m. prevailing time.
