Description: The Public Building Commission of St. Clair County, Illinois is soliciting sealed lump-sum bids for the St. Clair County Jail Generator Replacement Project. Bids are due October 20, 2026, at 2:00 p.m., and a mandatory prebid meeting is scheduled for October 6, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. Bid documents may be requested electronically beginning September 16, 2026; the successful bidder must complete the work by March 31, 2027, and this is a construction procurement rather than a grant program.
