RFP for EV Forklifts and Charging Stations

Description: The Philadelphia Regional Port Authority is seeking proposals from forklift manufacturers, authorized dealers, or franchisers to supply two zero-emissions electric forklifts and two compatible portable electric-vehicle charging stations. The forklift contractor will serve as prime contractor and must ensure the charging stations meet the requirements and are compatible with the forklifts. An optional virtual pre-proposal meeting is scheduled for October 29, 2026, and proposals are due electronically by November 17, 2026, at 11:00 AM.
