Water/Wastewater Consulting Services RFP
The Township of North Brunswick seeks consulting services to oversee American Water’s operation of its water system and the Township’s wastewater operations, including matters involving the water treatment plant. Services include reviewing operating reports, water-quality data, regulatory compliance and operator performance, advising on capital improvements and utility contracts, and coordinating with regulatory agencies. The consultant will work through the Business Administrator and may also provide independent water-quality testing, utility rate studies, ordinance reviews and wastewater-flow analysis.
