The board approved the contract renewal for the Avolve Software ProjectDox ePlan SaaS system. Action was taken to grant final approval for several properties to participate in the Maryland Agricultural Land Preservation Foundation program and to authorize the purchase of a conservation easement under the Rural Legacy Program for a farm property. Furthermore, approval was granted to submit and accept two grants concerning green stormwater infrastructure training and the replanting of trees at Willow Pond. The board also amended the Program Open Space Annual Program for the Town of Manchester, modifying the scope of park refurbishment projects.
