RFP # DGSC 2026-045 - Digital Signs

Description: The Town of Midland invites proposals for the design, supply, fabrication, installation, testing, training, warranty, and support of a new outdoor digital sign at the Bourgeois Community Centre at the King Street intersection with Little Lake Park Road. The solution is intended to support municipal programs, recreation, community events, public notices, emergency communications, sponsorship recognition, and advertising opportunities, with removal of the existing sign and associated infrastructure. The Town may optionally replace the digital sign at Town Hall, including removal, supply, foundation and electrical work, commissioning, software integration, and staff training, but reserves the right not to proceed with that optional work.
