RFP # AD-26-01 Operation and Management of the Building Department

Description: The City of Pembroke Pines is soliciting sealed proposals for the turnkey operation and management of its Building Department, including plan review, permitting, inspection, administrative, and clerical services. The selected contractor must perform the duties of the Chief Building Official, Assistant Building Official, trade chiefs, plan reviewers, and inspectors in accordance with Florida law and applicable building codes. The project is not grant-funded, and the contract is planned for an initial five-year term with one additional five-year renewal term.
