RFP #8 Interior Painting

Description: The Village of Mexico, New York is issuing Request for Proposal #8 for the interior painting of the historic Beck's Hotel (constructed in 1851), which is being redeveloped into a mixed-use facility with a restaurant and residential apartments. The scope of work includes surface preparation (cleaning, patching, sanding, caulking, priming), interior painting of walls, ceilings, trim, doors, and frames using commercial-grade finishes in the restaurant areas and durable residential finishes in the apartments. All work must preserve the building's historic character, comply with NYS Building Code, ADA, and life-safety requirements, and avoid abrasive methods on historic materials.
