Description: Provide co-administer the rain grant which will provide funding to city of hampton residential property owners to install green infrastructure practices. The rain grant supports resilient hampton s goals to: increase on-site stormwater management, reduce nonpoint source pollution, and increase public awareness of challenges related to watershed health.
