RFP 27-07 City of Mableton Human Resources Information System (HRIS)

Description: The City of Mableton ("City") invites qualified providers to propose a secure, cloud-based Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and related implementation and ongoing services. The City seeks an integrated platform that improves accuracy, control, transparency, employee service, compliance administration, and workforce reporting while reducing duplicate entry and manual processes. The selected contractor will furnish all software subscriptions, implementation leadership, configuration, data conversion, integrations, testing, training, documentation, go-live support, service management, maintenance, upgrades, and transition assistance necessary for a complete solution. Requirements stated in this RFP are minimum requirements and do not limit a respondent from proposing additional value when clearly identified and separately priced.
