Description: The City of Calgary, on behalf of the Calgary Police Service, is seeking proposals for a commercial off the shelf Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) solution to replace the existing scanning system. The proposed solution must support batch scanning of physical documents, OCR/ICR-based metadata extraction, validation workflows, automated export to OpenText Content Server, on-premises or Protected C deployment, Microsoft-environment integration, and CPS security, privacy, access-control, and audit requirements. The work is divided into three phases: Proof of Concept, implementation of the proposed software solution, and ongoing maintenance and support.
