RFP 26-01 Facilitation Services

Description: The California Coastal Commission seeks a contractor to provide facilitation services for its Local Government Working Group, which addresses coastal management and climate-change adaptation issues. The contractor will coordinate monthly virtual meetings, facilitate an annual in-person public workshop, prepare agendas and notes, track action items, support outreach, and draft related materials and progress reports. This is a Sell Event/RFx procurement rather than a grant program, with a two-year performance period beginning October 1, 2026, or upon approval, through September 30, 2028, plus a one-year extension option.
