Description: BC Hydro is seeking a qualified consultant to produce a Quarry Development Plan (QDP) for the La Joie Dam. The selected consultant will visit the site, review previous studies including a Quarry Conceptual Development Study, and produce a comprehensive QDP addressing excavation planning, volume calculation, bench stability assessment, required testing, material processing, equipment selection, and permitting. The RFP was issued on July 16, 2026 with a closing date of August 11, 2026 and a delivery/completion date of March 1, 2027.
