RFP 2026-18 SIGNATURE EVENT DEVELOPMENT, PRODUCTION, AND MANAGEMENT SERVICES

Description: The City of Seabrook seeks a professional partner to develop, produce, and manage a two-day, destination-oriented signature event designed to encourage overnight visitation and measurable hotel room nights. The selected firm would support the project from concept and budgeting through sponsorship, procurement, marketing coordination, logistics, on-site production, and post-event evaluation. The RFP also requests optional pricing for planning, production, or management of smaller City events on an as-needed basis, with those additional services not guaranteed.
