RFP #2026-034 - Central Park Place Fire Sprinkler Replacement

Description: The Housing Authority of the City of Vancouver (VHA), on behalf of Central Park Place Rehab LLLP, is soliciting proposals from a general contractor for pre-construction services leading to repairs of the fire sprinkler system at Central Park Place. The contractor will help ownership define the scope with local authorities, obtain preliminary sign-off on an approach intended to limit tenant relocation, and develop plans and specifications for later subcontractor solicitation. The work is intended to lead to a Guaranteed Maximum Price agreement (AIA Form A102–2017) for the larger construction phase.
