Airport Wireless Local Area Network and Distributed Antenna System (Request for Proposal)

Description: Provide an innovative neutral host Wireless Local Area Network ("WLAN") and Distributed Antenna System ("DAS") (collectively "System") technology solution at Airport. The Airport seeks a state-of-the-art solution that: Provides high-quality free and subscription-based WLAN that is publicly accessible to Airport visitors; Provides a neutral host to manage the System; Provides WLAN coverage than includes a GMIA SSID that can be used by Airport staff to access the local Airport network; Maximizes Airport revenue; Includes all licenses and equipment required for the solution, including installation, maintenance, support, and upgrades; Is provided by a single provider that contracts directly with Milwaukee County and is wholly responsible for all elements of the solution, including DAS agreements with individual mobile phone carries and any applicable subcontractor agreements.
