Full Service Operation of the City Transfer Station, Transport and Disposal of Solid Waste, Curbside Collection Services (RFP)

Description: Work shall consist of: Option 1: Full-Service Operations, Maintenance, and Management of the City Waste Transfer Station located at 755 Oronoque Road, Milford, Connecticut in a manner that maximizes the useful life and efficiency of the facility and its equipment; Option 2: Transportation and Disposal of Municipal Solid Waste and recyclables generated by City collection programs and the municipal transfer station to an approved recipient facility, ensuring all work complies with applicable local, state, and federal requirements; and/ or Option 3: Curbside/Municipal collection (Weekly and Bulky), providing weekly curbside collection of municipal solid waste and recyclables, together with scheduled bulky waste collection in accordance with City routes and service standard. Option 4: Providing collection services for condominium, homeowners’, and mobile home associations within the City of Milford (weekly MSW and bi-weekly recycling).
