RFP #08-185 - Construction Management Services for Pleasant Grove Wastewater Treatment Plant Electrical Power Capacity Expansion Project

Description: The City of Roseville is soliciting proposals for construction management services for the Pleasant Grove Wastewater Treatment Plant Electrical Power Capacity Expansion Project. The effort is funded by the South Placer Wastewater Authority and is expected to span approximately 18 months, with construction-management services beginning in January 2027. The scope includes construction-site oversight, schedule tracking, payment review, submittal and RFI management, quality-control implementation, design-assist meetings, constructability reviews, and guaranteed-maximum-price tracking.
