Description: DESIGN BUILD contract is end-of-lifecycle replacement of four (4) banks of 525-kV series capacitors installed at four (4) substation. he Contractor will engineer, procure, and construct (EPC) by removing and replacing the existing series capacitor banks with new and in-kind series capacitor banks (no changes to series capacitor size, rating, segmentation, and line compensation level).
