Description: The Army Contracting Command – Rock Island issued this RFI on behalf of the Army Acquisition Talent Management Solution product lead to identify a secure, commercially available platform to replace CAMP and CAPPMIS and consolidate talent management for the 60,000-user Army Acquisition Workforce. The envisioned platform would automate workflows, integrate with Army systems such as Army Vantage and IPPS-A, and provide role-based dashboards and analytics while meeting DoD cybersecurity requirements, including Impact Level 4 or higher authorization. Responses were requested as a capability response with a Master Requirements List and a rough-order-of-magnitude cost estimate by October 14, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. EDT.
