Description: Tom Green County is accepting bids for the alteration of the passenger elevator located in the Edd B. and Frances Frink Keyes Building located at 113 West Beauregard Avenue, San Angelo, Texas 76903. The selection process for this project will be accomplished by Competitive Sealed bid as provided in Texas Government Code Chapter 2269. In Person Conference Date Date: November 4, 2026 at 10:00 AM CST An optional in-person site visit will be held November 4, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. Interested contractors should convene in front of the elevator on the first floor.
