Retro-Commissioning, TAB, Controls, and Regulatory Support IDIQ RFP

Description: The PORT invites written proposals from qualified firms, or teams of firms interested in providing Retro-Commissioning, TAB, Controls, and Regulatory Support services. The consultant will provide retro-commissioning, test/adjust/balance (TAB), controls, and regulatory support services for facilities and infrastructure systems at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport. The work will focus on identifying, evaluating, and correcting system deficiencies; improving system performance, efficiency, comfort, reliability, and useful life; and supporting safety and regulatory requirements in a complex, 24/7/365 airport operating environment. Services may include but are not limited to evaluation and improvement of mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, lighting, Direct Digital Controls (DDC), smoke control, and fire protection systems. Work will be managed through Service Directives. The consultant will work with Aviation Facilities and Infrastructure (AV/F&I) to achieve deliverables.
