RETIREMENT PLAN FIDUCIARY ADVISORY AND CONSULTING SERVICES

Description: The Santa Ana Watershed Project Authority (SAWPA) requests proposals from qualified professionals to serve Retirement Plan Fiduciary Advisory and Consulting Services. SAWPA seeks to establish a professional services agreement with an independent retirement plan consultant to assist the Agency in fulfilling its fiduciary responsibilities related to its retirement savings programs, with particular emphasis on the MissionSquare Governmental 457(b) Deferred Compensation Plan. The selected consultant will provide independent fiduciary advisory services, retirement plan benchmarking, investment oversight recommendations, participant education, governance consulting, and strategic guidance regarding the Agency's retirement savings programs. The selected consultant will serve as a trusted advisor to SAWPA by evaluating the Agency's current retirement plan structure and recommending best practices that support prudent fiduciary oversight while enhancing retirement outcomes for employees.
