Description: NYCHA seeks bids for eight development-specific requirement contracts to remove existing non-asbestos floor coverings and install vinyl-composition tile at Carver, Clinton, Isaacs Holmes, Lehman Village, Washington, Johnson, Taft, and Lincoln Houses. Bidders must be on NYCHA’s Tile Pre-Qualification List, register with the New York State Department of Labor for prevailing-wage work, and submit separately priced removal and installation items through iSupplier. The contracts have a three-year base term with two optional one-year extensions, require Section 3 REO/OEO documentation, and do not require bid security.
