The City of Ocoee, Florida, in compliance with the Consultants’ Competitive Negotiations Act (CCNA), § 287.055, Florida Statutes, and the policies and procedures of the City of Ocoee (City), is soliciting statements of qualifications from licensed qualified professional engineering & design firms (Respondent, Firm, Bidder, Proposer) to design and engineer the Pine Street Extension from Palm Drive to Prosperity Farms Road. This project includes the reconstruction/extension of approximately 0.5 miles of Pine Street including required stormwater and utility modifications. The City intends to award a contract to one (1) qualified engineering and design firm to perform the required services. In determining whether a firm is qualified, the City shall consider the Evaluation Criteria set forth in this RFQ.
