Rental rehabilitation project. Install new shingle roof and TPO flat roof (TPO Roof is 575 SF) allow for wood rot. Supply & Install New hurricane rated sliders door - Therma-Tru or Jeld-Wein. Install new Carrier HVAC 2 Ton units with minimum rating of 15 SEER, including replacement of Thermostat. Repairs to cracks in Patio/Pool Deck Area. Coordinate and provide professional scoping report of sanitary lines. Pressure wash all patio areas and entire house. Re-seal asphalt pavement. Interior sheetrock repair and re-paint as needed. Replace Electrical panel and provide report for any additional electrical wiring deficiencies. Remove existing flooring and Install new LVP flooring 8MM, Walnut.
