Description: 1. Introduction The Rural Municipality of Pipestone invites qualified suppliers to submit a quotation for the supply of twenty (20) replacement windows for the R.E.S. Centre in Reston, Manitoba. Quotations are to be based on the schedule and requirements below. Suppliers may identify any assumptions, exclusions, or deviations from the requested specifications. 2. Scope of Work Dimensions below are the brickmould measurements provided for quotation purposes and are in inches. The successful supplier must confirm all final measurements, opening configurations, jamb depths, and other order details with the Municipality before manufacturing or ordering. The source schedule does not identify a Window 15; the original numbering has been retained. Deliverables and Timelines Deliverable Deadline Project Commencement April 1, 2027 Project completion April 31, 2027 4. Note that these are estimated dates and the actual start date may change. 5. Specifications • Triple-pane glazing, with one low-E layer and argon gas in the glazing space(s). PVC window frames. • Picture-over-awning or picture configuration as identified for each window in the schedule. • Jamb depth: 4-3/4 inches for Windows 1-5; 8-1/2 inches for Windows 6-20, subject to field verification before ordering. • Interior trim: 1/2-inch × 2-1/2-inch MDF flat stock, as described in the reference quote. • Supplier to clearly identify proposed manufacturer, product series, colour, glazing details, warranty, and any differences from these requirements. • Installation should include spray foam, shims, screw and be all inclusive. 6. Contractor Responsibilities The successful contractor shall: • Supply all labour, materials, tools and equipment. • Protect existing building and adjacent property. • Maintain a safe work site at all times. • Comply with Manitoba Workplace Safety and Health legislation. • Carry appropriate liability insurance and Workers Compensation coverage. • Coordinate deliveries and construction with the RM of Pipestone. • Leave the site clean upon completion. • Separate and identify the cost of labour separately on the quotation. • Complete construction by April 31, 2027. 6. Evaluation Criteria Quotations will be evaluated based on: • Total price. • Contractor experience. • Ability to meet the project schedule. • Completeness of quotation. The RM of Pipestone is not obligated to accept the lowest or any quotation received. 7. Quotation Requirements Contractors shall provide: • Company name and contact information. • Lump sum price (excluding GST). • GST shown separately. • Proposed construction schedule. • List of any exclusions. • List of subcontractors (if applicable). • Proof of insurance. • WCB clearance. 8. Reservation of Rights The RM of Pipestone reserves the right to: • Accept or reject any or all quotations. • Waive informalities or irregularities. • Request clarification of quotations. • Cancel or reissue the RFQ at any time. • Award the contract in whole or in part if deemed in the Municipality's best interest. 9.
