Request for Qualifications – Security System Reconstruction

Description: The Huntsville-Madison County Airport Authority is soliciting statements of qualifications for professional design services for the Huntsville International Airport (HSV) Security System Reconstruction Project. Consultant selection will be conducted under the RFQ and separately from selections for Resident Project Representative, quality-assurance testing, and quality-assurance surveying services; this is not a request for price proposals, and pricing or fee information will disqualify a proposal. Interested design firms must contact Jim Flowers to obtain the RFQ documents, and all proposals must be received by 4:00 p.m. on October 1, 2026; no preproposal meeting will be held.
