Request for Qualifications Safe Streets for All (SS4A) Action Plan

The purpose of the SAP is to identify a comprehensive set of strategies and types of projects that would rate well for SS4A implementation projects, utilizing collision data and community outreach, which will achieve reduction in roadway fatalities and serious injuries. The development of the SAP will need to incorporate feedback from the public and relevant stakeholders, with a special emphasis on underserved communities and equity impact assessments.
