Request for Qualifications for Professional Engineering Services for Transfer Station Renovation

Description: The existing building was constructed in approximately 1990. Since that time, traffic and volumes have increased leading to unsafe areas for both residents and the operators. The concrete pad, metal bumper, and the building as a whole are all in need of repair. Engineering services shall include, but not be limited to, the following: design phase services; environmental assessment/CE/other required environmental evaluations; surveying; permitting phase services; construction administration; construction observation.
