MASTER AS-NEEDED AGREEMENT M22 GENERAL BUILDING SERVICES
San Francisco Public Works is soliciting responses to a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) from certified General Building Contractors (B License) to perform general building services at various locations throughout San Francisco. The work may include repair, alteration, modernization, maintenance, rehabilitation, demolition, and construction of infrastructure, buildings, structures, or other real property. The total estimated contract value is approximately $3,000,000 with a master agreement term of up to four years and an option to extend individual Construction Service Orders up to seven years.
