REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS FOR CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT, INSPECTION, AND TESTING SERVICES FOR THE SECOND ST AND FOURTH ST INTERSECTION IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT

Description: The City of San Rafael is requesting Statements of Qualifications from professional teams to provide construction management, inspection, and material testing services for the Second St. and Fourth St. Intersection Improvements Project. The work will reconfigure a congested multi-legged intersection, improve traffic signals, extend the Cross Marin Bikeway, and improve pedestrian and bicycle access and safety. The project limits include Second Street, Fourth Street, Marquard Avenue, and West End Avenue, with the intersection serving upwards of 45,000 vehicle trips per day.
