Description: The selected consultant will provide professional planning services on an as-needed, on-call basis to support local municipal planning functions, serving as an extension of staff. Key responsibilities include current planning and development application review, attending Planning Commission and City Council meetings to present staff recommendations, assisting with pre-application consultations, drafting Land Use Code and regulatory amendments, and executing long-range or special planning initiatives such as comprehensive plans and housing studies.
