Request for Qualifications-Architectural Services

Montgomery County Public Schools (MCPS) issued a Request for Qualifications for architectural services to establish a prequalified list of firms for Special Projects (construction value $5,000,000 and under) and Major Capital Projects (greater than $5,000,000) included in its Fiscal Year 2027–2032 Capital Improvements Program. The RFQ requires licensed architectural firms (and, as needed, sub-consultants such as civil, structural, and MEP engineers) to provide services across all project phases; prequalification will remain in effect for three years with an option for up to two one-year extensions. The solicitation was posted 2026-01-10 and proposals are due 2026-01-29; it is an active procurement (not a grant) as of 2026-01-13.
