The Borough Auditor shall perform the following minimum duties, as well as those prescribed by applicable law, subject to the review and approval of the Mayor and Council. Charleston County School District is seeking Proposals for PRINT MANAGEMENT, EQUIPMENT LEASING, AND COURIER SERVICES. Proposals are to be submitted through the Procurement Portal at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/ccsd, no later than 2:00 pm on Monday, November 23, 2026. Charleston County School District ("District" or "CCSD") is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified firms that currently hold a valid, competitively awarded public-sector cooperative purchasing contract for Print Shop Management Services or substantially similar services. The District seeks an experienced provider capable of managing and operating District print shop functions, including personnel management, workflow optimization, equipment oversight, production services, reporting, customer service, inventory management, and continuous process improvement. Award of a contract resulting from this solicitation shall be based upon best value to the District and shall utilize a legally available cooperative purchasing contract vehicle in accordance with applicable South Carolina law.
