DLA Troop Support is soliciting proposals for a fully competitive, firm-fixed-price Indefinite Quantity Contract to supply fresh milk and dairy products to Department of War customers in South Carolina. The contract covers one South Carolina group and is expected to run 36 months, from February 7, 2027, through February 2, 2030, with two pricing tiers.
