Request for Proposals for Fresh Milk & Dairy Products support for DLA Troop Support to military customers in the South Carolina Zone.
DLA Troop Support is soliciting proposals for a fully competitive, firm-fixed-price Indefinite Quantity Contract to supply fresh milk and dairy products to Department of War customers in South Carolina. The contract covers one South Carolina group and is expected to run 36 months, from February 7, 2027, through February 2, 2030, with two pricing tiers. Offers are due November 6, 2026, at 3:00 PM Eastern Standard Time; the Government intends to award without discussions but may conduct them if the Contracting Officer determines they are necessary.
