Special Master for Code Enforcement 2026 (Requets for Proposals)

Description: The Code Enforcement Special Master will have all the duties and responsibilities of a code enforcement board as set forth in Division 2, Article V, Chapter 2 of the Town of Code of Ordinances, and Ch. 162, Florida Statutes. The Town seeks an attorney serve as special master to hold public hearings to hear and decide alleged violations of any provision of the Town of Code, ordinances adopted by the Town Council, and the Town’s Land Development Regulations. The special master will enter and prepare written orders. The Town expects to hold hearings every other month. Estimated number of hours (every other month) to attend hearings and prepare orders is 10-12 hours.
