Description: The Northern Virginia Regional Commission (NVRC) is soliciting proposals to design and develop the NOVA Climate Atlas, a publicly accessible web-based platform that integrates regional climate data, hazard information, and decision-support tools to support adaptation and resilience planning. NVRC intends to award up to $215,000 for the work, which will be performed over a 24-month period beginning in September 2026.
